Does anyone else feel like time has flown by this year? Spring is in full force, and summer is just around the corner. If you haven’t already started looking at some new key pieces for your summer wardrobe, now is the time! I like to look for pieces that are going to be flattering, comfortable, and most importantly, they aren’t going to break the bank.
Here are a few of my favorites for this year…
This floral print dress was begging to be in my closet. It’s romantic, elegant, and flirty all at the same time. It hits at a great length (I am 5’8″), and has a more conservative top with the high ruffled collar. The ruffles and the smocked elastic waistband make it universally flattering.
Could you imagine wearing this to a wedding or a night out with the girls? It would be perfect! It’s only $48 which is such a steal for the quality of this dress. I am in a size small and it fits true to size.
Next is this yellow beauty. When I see this floral print maxi dress, I picture the sunshine and a tall glass of lemonade. My family has a beach trip planned this summer and I already know this is going in my suitcase! I love the length of this dress – it’s long, but it’s not one of those maxi dresses where you have to worry about it dragging on the floor. It has a deep v-neckline at the top to show a little skin, but not too much skin. It is very stretchy at the waistband, so no zipper needed!
It is another great $48 option that I am wearing in a size small, and it fits true to size. If you need a maxi dress for this summer, run and get this one. Seriously.
Anything blue screams my name, and this dress is no exception. This light blue print dress is the epitome of airy and flowy, and the bell sleeves are the perfect touch. It has a tie that cinches you in perfectly at the waist. This dress can definitely be worn dressed up or down. I chose to dress it up with some nude heels, but you could pair it with some gold or silver sandals to make it even more comfortable!
You need this dress in your closet if you are looking for the perfect shade of blue. It’s another great price at $48, and I am wearing a size small (fits true to size).
